The Twisted Street™ E4OD is our stock-plus build for small-block Ford trucks running stock to mildly modified engines.

Built for daily driving, work trucks and light towing, the Street combines upgraded friction materials, improved lubrication and cooling circuits, and proven E4OD updates without the unnecessary hard-part upgrades of our higher horsepower builds.

The E4OD depends heavily on proper fluid flow, lubrication and converter charge pressure. The Street pump and valve-body package addresses these areas without the expense of a full competition pump assembly.

Cooling is especially important in the E4OD due to the heat generated by the converter and the additional load created by trucks, towing and hauling.

The Twisted Street includes:

Fitment varies by year, engine, output shaft and vehicle application. Transmission configuration must be verified before ordering.

⚠️ COOLER REQUIREMENT

A properly functioning transmission cooler system is REQUIRED.

The transmission cooler and cooler lines must be professionally flushed and verified for proper flow before installation.

For towing, hauling, work-truck use or vehicles operating in high ambient temperatures, a properly sized auxiliary transmission cooler is strongly recommended.

A contaminated, restricted or inadequate cooler can cause:

Excessive transmission temperature
Torque-converter failure
Lubrication loss
Clutch failure
Premature transmission failure

Never install a fresh E4OD behind a contaminated or restricted cooler system.
