The Twisted Street™ C6 is our performance-built big block Ford transmission engineered for reliable 350–450 horsepower street applications.

Built in-house and calibrated the Twisted Torque™ way, this is not a generic remanufactured unit — this is a durability-focused street performance upgrade designed for classic Ford muscle cars and trucks equipped with big block engines.

This transmission is built for improved durability, increased clutch holding capacity, and cleaner shift calibration compared to factory stock units.

Typical stall range:

• 1800–2200 RPM

(final stall confirmed prior to shipment)

This stall range works well for most street-driven big block engines with strong low-end torque.

🧊 Cooling & Installation Requirements

Because the C6 is a non-overdrive, non-lockup transmission, proper cooling is mandatory.

• External stacked-plate cooler REQUIRED

• Radiator cooler alone is not sufficient

• Minimum 18,000 GVW rating recommended

• Cooler and lines must be flushed or replaced

Overheating is the #1 cause of transmission failure.
